Procurement Summary:
The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from highly qualified firms interested in providing engineering, design (including preliminary design, plans, specifications, and cost estimating), permitting, bidding and construction support services for the installation of shore power systems at the Washington United Terminal. The Port may apply for federal funding for various phases of the Washington United Terminal Shore Power. Therefore, the contract that results from the RFQ and various work packages will be subject to the Federal Terms and Conditions of each grant. See “Attachment D” for the generic Federal Terms and Conditions, which may be updated per each grant.
