Procurement Summary:
The Port of Tacoma (PORT) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide services to design, implement, and support SharePoint-based Records Management capabilities. The PORT anticipates awarding one (1) contract with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2024 for one (1) year. The budget for these services is not to exceed $125,000.00 for one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year options for renewal at the sole discretion of the PORT, for a possible total of three (3) years.
