Procurement Summary:
The Port has standardized on Microsoft technologies where possible. The Port is soliciting proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms interested in providing broad based on-call support and project services for Microsoft platforms. Areas of focus are listed below, but firms proposing must be able to provide services relating to further Microsoft platform PaaS, SaaS, IaaS services as required:
• Microsoft 365
• Modern Workplace
• Power Platform
• Microsoft Azure, including:
o App Services
o Data Services
o Analytics
The Port has defined IT Strategies to support business needs, and work conducted by the selected firm is in support of these strategies, which include:
• Enterprise Applications Strategy, focused on ERP, system modernization, and technical simplification objectives
• Cloud Migration Strategy, migrating to cloud based SaaS and PaaS services
• Data Driven Strategy, for data management and visualization
• Microsoft 365
• Modern Workplace
• Power Platform
• Microsoft Azure, including:
o App Services
o Data Services
o Analytics
