Procurement Summary:
The Port of Tacoma (POT/NWSA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing professional consulting services in Transportation Planning and Strategic Analysis, Conceptual Design, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and related Communication Consulting Services for the Port of Tacoma and the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA). The POT/NWSA may apply for federal funding for various phases or task orders; therefore, any contracts resulting from the RFQ and various work packages may be subject to the State or Federal Terms and Conditions of the respective grant. Please review the attachments to this RFQ before submitting a statement of qualifications.
