We work to attract and retain qualified, productive employees who further our mission and core values. We value a constructive and achievement-oriented workplace.

We provide an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription drug and vision coverage, as well as life insurance and long-term disability premiums.

Eligible employees also receive a healthcare reimbursement account, Washington State Employees' Retirement Systems account, deferred compensation plan, flexible spending account, an employee assistance program, and vacation, sick leave and holidays.

Transparency in Coverage Rule

Machine readable files are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated services rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. First Choice files can be found here, and Regence files here. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
