Project description

The project proposes to demolish the existing 207,000 square foot warehouse buildings and maintenance shed and construct a new 278,150 square foot warehouse building. Other site improvements will include loading areas, parking areas, and areas for outdoor storage and trailer parking. Project frontage improvements (sidewalks, landscaping, and trees) along Port of Tacoma Road and Marshall Avenue, and street improvements to Marshall Avenue will be conducted per City of Tacoma standards. Proposed uses for the project include warehousing, storage, wholesale or distribution, light manufacturing, outdoor storage, trailer parking, container storage, data center, cold storage, and an EV truck charging hub.
