At their January meeting, Port of Tacoma Commissioners designated commission officer positions for the upcoming year, with Dick Marzano serving as commission president and Deanna Keller as vice president for 2026. The commission president also serves as co-chair of The Northwest Seaport Alliance.

• President: Commissioner Dick Marzano   
• Vice President: Commissioner Deanna Keller   
• Secretary: Commissioner Kristin Ang 
• First Assistant Secretary: Commissioner JT Wilcox   
• Second Assistant Secretary: Commissioner John McCarthy
