The Port is seeking a well-qualified Human Resources firm to assist in reviewing workforce classification and compensation for the Port of Tacoma. The selected firm will work with our Human Resources team to review job descriptions and requirements of 252 Port of Tacoma Employees and 52 Northwest Seaport Alliance Employees and provide salary recommendations as needed per the Scope of Services below.
