The primary focus of this contract is to provide support services for the Phase I Municipal Stormwater General Permit on Port of Tacoma properties. Construction General Stormwater Permit activities are captured in this opportunity. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Stormwater Program Management Support
• Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination
• Real Estate ownership verification
• GIS Support
• Construction Stormwater
• Post-construction Stormwater Management
• Review support for small improvement projects
• Operations and Maintenance (O & M)
• SWPPP development and updates
• Source Control
• Infrastructure and Pipe Lining Assessments
• Administrative
