Procurement Summary:
The Port of Tacoma (Port) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from environmental engineering firms qualified and interested in providing support, development and draft cleanup action plan for Parcel 91.
The Port anticipates awarding work in phases. The first phase will be to prepare a conceptual site model from existing information to develop a Data Gaps Investigation Work Plan to support a remedial investigation. Subsequent phases will include conducting the remedial investigation, preparing a feasibility study drafting a cleanup action plan, and implementing the Cleanup Action for the Site. The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, with an option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year to provide related services as required.
