Procurement Summary:
The Work required for this Project includes but is not limited to: Restoration of building envelope by; cleaning, repairing and preparing the substrates of the above grade walls; removal and replacement of sealant joints at the perimeters of existing concrete and plaster of paris interfaces; cleaning, removal of gaskets and "wet-sealing" of the storefronts framing joinery and gaskets.
