The Port is seeking a consultant to provide bay monitoring and educational outreach. The goal of the Commencement Bay Monitoring Program is to provide on the water visual monitoring, hazard identification, community outreach and boater education services for the Port and Commencement Bay community in general. The Port strongly prefers the Consultant to be a 503b non-profit organization.
