Procurement Summary:
The Port of Tacoma is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Appraisal Services in preparation for condemnation proceedings. The Port anticipates awarding one contract to begin ASAP until August 31, 2025, with two (2) one (1) year options for renewal at the sole discretion of the Port, for a possible total of five (5) years. Funding for the work may be from Federal, State or Local sources or a combination of such sources.
