All trucks entering Tacoma terminals must have model year 1994 or newer engines. The organizations listed below may be able to help truckers upgrade older trucks.
The Tacoma ScRAPS office is now open.
Operated through a partnership between the City of Tacoma and Cascade Sierra Solutions, the program provides truckers with funding to purchase newer, lower-emission trucks to meet the Port of Tacoma's Clean Truck Program and improve regional air quality. Learn more about Tacoma ScRAPs.
