About the 2010 budget

Port commissioners adopted the 2010 budget Nov. 23. The 108-page document describes all aspects of the Port's business, from a broad operational overview to Port history, budget detail, business outlook, Capital Improvement Program, Plan of Finance and environmental stewardship.

In total, the Port will collect about $16.3 million in tax revenue for 2010. The majority of the Port's revenue comes from terminal leases and operating fees. The 2010 budget maintains the reduction in the Port's property tax rate approved by the commission during the 2009 budget process. Learn more about property taxes and the Port.
