How do I make a public records request?

Download and completely fill out this Public Records Request form. Please note the conditions for receiving or reviewing records. (Why?)

Submit the completed form to the Records Management Office by e-mail, fax or mail.

By fax: Click the "Print Form" button at the bottom of the form, sign it and fax to 253-830-5377.

What are the copying costs?

Per state law, the Port is not allowed to charge for locating a public record or for making records available for review. The Port may charge for the actual costs of copying public records. The Port charges $0.15 per page or the actual cost charged by a copy service, plus cost of postage.
